摘要
为明确80级帘线钢的实物质量差异,从国内外主要帘线钢生产企业中选取代表产品进行实物质量对比,对其化学成分、椭圆度、力学性能、氧化铁皮、脱碳层、偏析、晶界渗碳体、片层间距、非金属夹杂物等指标进行检测,找出不同产品各项指标的定量差异,明确产品质量改进的方向。
In order to clarify the objective quality differences of 80 tire cord steel at home and abroad,representative products from domestic and abroad were selected to make a comparison.In the test,chemical components,ovality,mechanical properties,iron oxide,decarburization,segregation grain boundary cementite,lamellar spacing,non-metallic inclusions and other indicators were tested.The indicators of the quantitative differences in the different products were located,and thus suggestions to improve product quality were made.
