摘要
系统解决了铁罐铁水与沟槽铁水硫磺含量测量的超差率高的问题。通过对直读仪和荧光仪测量系统、沟槽取样时间、运输时间间隔等进行分析,找到了铁罐铁水与沟槽铁水硫磺含量测量超差的影响因素。通过对这些影响因素的改善,超差率由原来的46.7%降低到4.9%。
The paper proposes a solution to high rate of the sulfur content in molten iron and groove iron.By analyzing the direct reading instrument,measurement system of fluorescence detector,sampling time of groove iron and interval of transportation,factors affecting the super rate of the sulfur content in the molten iron and the groove iron were detected,with super rate decreasing from 46.7% to 4.9%through improving those factors.
