浓缩倍率对金属铜腐蚀行为的影响

摘要 针对中央空调管道系统中金属铜的腐蚀问题,利用旋转挂片腐蚀试验仪,采用失重法和电化学方法研究了不同浓缩倍率模拟水样对金属铜腐蚀行为的影响。实验结果表明,金属铜的腐蚀速率随着溶液浓缩倍率的增大而增加。随着溶液浓缩倍率的增大,溶液中离子浓度增大,电荷传递电阻减小,说明电极反应的阻力减小,金属铜的腐蚀速率加快,与失重法腐蚀速率的变化规律一致。 In order to tackle the corrosion problems of copper in central air conditioning duct system,using a rotary coupon corrosion tester,the corrosion behavior of copper in different concentration ratio of simulated water samples was studied by using weight loss and electrochemical methods.According to the experiment,the corrosion rate of copper increases with the increasing concentration ratio of simulated water.With the increase of the concentration ratio of the solution,the concentration of ions in the solution increases while the charge transfer resistance is reduced,indicating that the electrode reaction resistance is reduced,to accelerate the corrosion rate of copper which is corresponded with the variation of the corrosion rate of weight loss.
