以EOS中间件为开发平台,以某制造车间的实际生产环境为背景,设计、开发了基于制造执行系统(MES)的生产管理系统。该系统从生产任务的管理、加工信息的采集、加工过程的监控、产品质量的管理等几个方面对车间的生产过程进行了梳理、规范,经过试运行后发现,本系统具有良好的可靠性和稳定性,并有效的提高了车间的生产效率,因此具有一定的实用性。

Based on the actual production environment in a manufacturing plant,aproduction management system is designed and developed by EOS middleware platform.The system operates the production process from the production task management,information collection,monitoring,and quality management and so on.Trial operation has proved that the system can work steadily and reliably,so the system is quite practical.
