职业能力导向的高职经管类专业模块化实践课程体系探索

Exploring Working Capability-oriented System of Practical Courses for Specialties of Economic Management

高等职业教育归根结底是一种以能力为本位的职业教育,其目标是培养与工作岗位零距离的学生,在这一要求下,实践课程体系改革与探索是成为高职经管专业建设的核心内容。面对高职经管专业实践课程现阶段面临的困境,有必要试点"岗证训一体化"的经管专业实训课程体系,使课程体系、教学内容、教学方法与职业岗位的要求相一致。并且各个经管专业根据自身不同的专业特性,以及与市场对接的程度,采用不同的实训模式。按照"岗证训合一"的目标要求,搭建"校内实训、第二课堂、企业实践"三个实践教学平台。

Basically,higher vocational education is capability-oriented,aiming at preparing students for their future career.Thus,the structural reform and exploration of courses is considered as the core business of profession setting.To tackle the trouble of practical courses,it is necessary to set up a trial course system for practical courses which integrate position needs,certificate and professional training,thus,our courses,teaching contents,teaching approach and position requirements can coordinate with one another.Moreover,different departments of Business Management School can choose different practical modes according to their specific characteristics of their own major,and adjust it to the needs of market.Three teaching platforms,namely,working practices on campus,professional training as second classroom,and internship in companies can be set up based on the requirements of＂position-certificate-training＂mode.
