摘要
定排量机油泵在满足发动机润滑系统低速需求的同时,在中高转速有较大的供给浪费。但变排量机油泵可减少这一浪费,从而降低发动机自身的功耗。本文以某直列四缸自然吸气发动机为例,分析了用油部件的需求及几种典型变量泵的匹配方法,计算了一个工况点的扭矩节省值及整车NEDC油耗的节省率,最后给出了几点匹配建议。
While meets the engine lubrication system requirement at low speed, fixed displacement oil pump has large feed waste at middle and high speed. But variable displacement oil pump reduces this waste, therefore engine power dissipation decreased. This paper focus on a L4 NA engine, study the requirements of oil consume parts and matching method of typical variable displacement pumps, calculate torque saving value and vehicle NEDC fuel consumption saving ratio. At last, some matching advice has been given.
