摘要
基于平均流量模型及微凸体接触理论,建立考虑表面粗糙度的衬套与活塞销轴线不平行润滑模型,对其进行润滑仿真计算分析。结果表明:两轴线同面倾斜时,对润滑性能影响微弱,轴线异面倾斜时对润滑影响较大,对衬套的润滑分析不可忽略其影响。
Based on the average flow model and asperity contact theory, a lubrication model considering the surface roughness and the inclination of the shaft neck is set up, calculation and analysis of beating lubrication performance. The results show that: the lubrication performance is weak when the two axis is tilted, and the axis of the different side has a greater impact on the lubrication, the lubrication analysis of the bushing can not neglect the influence of the shaft neck tilt.
