There are some problems in the small and medium- sized foreign trade enterprises in Suzhou during of developing network of international trade,such as lack of network knowledge,the singleness of business model,and the imperfection of logistics distribution system etc. Through establishing the risk prevention and evading mechanism,establishing a diversified network platform,building and perfecting the measures such as modern multi- level logistics distribution system,the small and medium- sized foreign trade enterprises in Suzhou should strengthen the internet foreign trade which will help to get rid of the international financial crisis and achieve stable and healthy development of the enterprise.
