“互联网+”理念下新疆制造业商业模式创新路径

分析互联网对传统制造业商业模式的影响及对商业模式中有关价值主张、价值链、企业关系网络和成本诸要素的影响。认为目前新疆制造业商业模式还存在电子商务应用程度低,缺乏知名品牌,产业链不完整等问题。提出新疆制造业商业模式创新路径:大力发展电子商务,建立品牌社群,培育自主知名品牌,构建完善的产业链,形成产业集群。

Analysis of the impact of the Internet on the traditional manufacturing business model,and the impact of value proposition,value chain,enterprise relationship network and cost factors in business model. At present,there are many problems such as the low level of e- commerce application,the lack of well- known brands,the industry chain is incomplete. Put forward manufacturing business model innovation new path of Xinjiang: to develop e- commerce,the establishment of brand community,to cultivate independent brands,to build a perfect industrial chain,the formation of industrial clusters.
