摘要 结合均匀设计(UD)与支持向量回归(SVR)发展了一种新的配方优化方法 UD-SVR。对初始方案预处理后,基于UD设计较少试验处理的配方组,并依SVR实施核函数寻优、非线性筛选因子和预测,对大于设定阈值的组合进行频次统计寻优,再判断各因子是否外推,确定外推范围后进行下一轮均匀设计,直至获得满意配方。以UD-SVR优化链霉菌H-003菌株发酵培养基,仅通过3轮20个处理,目标值OD560即由1.72提高至2.22。UD-SVR有望在多因素多水平配方优化中得到广泛应用。 To optimize the fermentation medium of microbial,a novel culture medium optimization method based on uniform de-sign (UD)and support vector regression (SVR)is proposed.Firstly,a composition with fewer schemes is designed by UD meth-od according to the primal formula,and then the prediction based on SVR is carried out after kernel optimization and descriptors screening.The results which have predicted values higher than threshold are analyzed by factor’s frequency statistics.The opti-mization process is iterated to obtain the target result.This method is judged by optimizing the fermentation medium of strepto-mycin H-003 and the OD560 value is increased from 1.72 to 2.22 after 20 schemes.Results show that the novel method is efficient and has the potential in optimizing the complex medium.
