牛磺酸联合羟基磺酸钙治疗单纯性DR的临床初探

摘要 目的 观察牛磺酸颗粒联合羟基磺酸钙对糖尿病视网膜病变(diabeticretinopathy,DR)的临床疗效,探讨药物作用与HbA1c、TBIL的关系.方法 选择门诊Ⅱ型DM单纯性DR患者63例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用牛磺酸加羟基磺酸钙联合治疗,对照组用羟基磺酸钙进行治疗,连续治疗6个月,采用眼底照相和FFA、视力判定疗效,HbA1c、TBIL水平分析药物与指标的关系.结果 总有效率对照组为61.29%,治疗组为81.25%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月治疗组HbA1c水平明显降低、TBIL明显升高,对照组HbA1c、TBIL无明显变化,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 牛磺酸颗粒联合羟基磺酸钙可有效提高临床总有效率,连续口服4个月以上可降低HbA1c水平,提升TBIL水平,对DR治疗有正向促进作用. Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Taurine combined with hydroxy calcium sulfonate in simple diabetic retinopathy, to investigate the relationship between the drug and HbA1c, TBIL.Methods 63 patients with simple DR were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group received Taurine and hydroxy calcium sulfonate, while control group received hydroxy calcium sulfonate, continuous treatment for 6 months.Evaluated clinical efficacy with fundus photography, FFA and vision, and analyzed the relationship between the drug and the levels of HbA1c, TBIL.Results The total effective rate in control group was 61.29%, that in treatment group was 81.25%, with statistically significant difference between two groups (P〈0.05).6 months after treatment, HbA1c in treatment group significantly lowered, TBIL significantly rose, while those in control group did not obviously changed, with statistically significant differences between two groups (P〈0.05).Conclusions Taurine combined with hydroxy calcium sulfonate can effectively improve the clinical total effective rate in patients with simple DR, continuous oral administration more than 4 months can reduce the level of HbA1c, increase the level of TBIL, as a positive role in promoting for the treatment of DR.
