摘要
S109FA燃气轮机发电机(型号390H)采用全氢冷却方式。与水-氢-氢冷却发电机相比,氢气密封问题更为困难,比较容易进入润滑油。简述390H发电机的密封系统,分析390H发电机进润滑油的原因和进润滑油后造成的危害,引起390H发电机使用单位的注意。390H发电机如果进润滑油,要找到原因,采取相应的措施避免发电机受到损伤。
S109FA gas turbine generator( type 390H) uses full hydrogen cooling method. Compared to the water-hydrogen- hydrogen cooled generator,hydrogen sealing problem is more difficult,and lubricant enter generator relatively easy. By conducting sealing system of 390 H generator,reason and damage of the lubricant into 390 H generator were analyzed,which cause attention of 390 H generator plant. If lubricant into 390 H generator,the reasons were found,and corresponding measures were adopted to avoid damage.
