摘要
建立了烟草中26种有机氯和9种拟除虫菊酯农药残留的同时测定方法。烟叶样品经正己烷+乙酸乙酯振荡提取,固相萃取净化,DB-35ms和DB-5ms双柱定性,气相色谱电子捕获检测器检测。26种有机氯农药的线性范围为0.002~0.2mg/L,平均回收率为78.2%~94.6%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~6.5%,定量限为0.001~O.008mg/kg。9种拟除虫菊酯农药的线性范围为0.02~1.2mg/L,平均回收率为87.2%~103.9%.相对标准偏差为1.9%~6.2%,定量限为0.008~0.060mg/kg。该方法适用于烟草中多种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量的测定。
An analytical method was developed for determination of 35 kinds of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in tobacco. The sample was exacted with vortex extraction, cleaned up on SPE column, and determined by GC on dual-column. The results showed that the average recoveries of 26 organochlorine pesticides ranged from 78.2% to 94.6%with the relative standard deviations of 1.7%-6.5%, and the limits of quantitative were 0.001-0.008 mg/kg. The average recoveries of 9 pyrethroid pesticides were in the range of 87.2%-103.9% with the relative standard deviations of 1.9%-6.2%, and the limits of quantitative were 0.008-0.060 mg/kg. The method was suitable for the analysis of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in tobacco.
