摘要
目的了解我军文职人员护士任职教育培训的需求。方法采用混合抽样法在各军区中按照医院规模选择1819名文职人员护士和593名护理管理人员为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷进行调查研究。结果 94.39%的文职人员护士认为非常有必要性且愿意参加任职培训,98.85%的管理人员认为文职人员护士很有必要且非常支持其参加任职培训;管理人员较为重视文职人员护士的岗前培训,文职人员护士对晋职晋级培训的需求较高。结论文职人员护士队伍任职教育培训需求较高,急需政策支持和更具针对性、实效性的培训方案指导。
Objective To understand the occupational education training needs of civilian nurses in Chinese PLA.Methods By using mixed sampling method,1819 civilian nurses and 593 nursing managers were selected and investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results There were 94.39%of civilian nurses were willing to participate in the occupational education training and felt it was necessary;98.85%of the nursing managers thought the training was necessary and willing to support nurses to participate.Nursing managers were emphasizing the pre-job training of civilian nurses,and they had a high level of needs towards training.Conclusion The civilian nurse team had high demand of occupational training,and required policy support and targeted,effectively training plan guidance.
