延续性护理干预对中老年糖尿病患者治疗依从性和临床治疗效果的影响

Effect of Continuity Nursing Intervention in Treatment Compliance and Clinical Treatment Effect of Elderly Patients with Diabetes

目的探讨延续性护理干预对中老年糖尿病患者治疗依从性和临床治疗效果的影响。方法便利抽样法选取2012年1-12月在苏州市相城人民医院门诊或住院的中老年糖尿病患者104例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组52例。两组患者在住院期间均给予一般常规护理干预措施,观察组患者则在此基础上给予延续性护理的健康教育。出院1年后,比较两组患者治疗依从程度和临床治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者自我监测、遵医用药、科学饮食、合理运动等治疗依从程度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预应用于中老年糖尿病患者健康教育疗效确切、效果显著,同时对于患者治疗依从程度和临床治疗效果的改善和提升均具有重要临床价值。

Objective To discuss the effect of continuity nursing intervention in treatment compliance and clinical treatment effect of elderly patients with diabetes.Methods By convenience sampling,104 elderly patients with diabetes admitted from January to December 2012 were equally divided into observation group and control group.Two groups of patients were all received conventional nursing,while the observation group was received continuity nursing intervention on that basis.The degree of compliance and clinical treatment effect of the patients in two groups were compared after one year of discharge.Results Compared with control group,the compliance level of self-monitoring,compliance of medication,scientific diet and reasonable exercise in observation group were significantly higher than control group（all P〈0.05）.The fasting glucose,postprandial 2hplasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin indexes in observation group were significantly better than control group（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of continuity nursing intervention in health education for elderly patients with diabetes has efficacy and significant effect.It has important clinical value for improving the degree of compliance of patients and enhancing the clinical treatment effect.
