摘要
CFB锅炉目前仍存在垂直水冷壁(及拐角槽)受热面磨损严重、防磨措施不力的问题,现行的各种单一防磨技术很难使受热面耐磨两年以上。文章分析了淮南矿业集团新庄孜电厂CFB锅炉水冷壁拐角槽两侧水冷壁管的爆管原因以及可塑料防磨技术的应用实例,同时强调了拐角槽防磨技术的注意事项。
At present, CFB boiler still exists the problems of the severe wear of the vertical water-wall ( and corner groove) heating surface and inadequate anti-wear measures, and the current single anti-wear technology is difficult to make the heating surface resist wear for more than 2 years.The paper analyses the water-wall tube burst reason on both sides of the CFB boiler water-wall corner groove and the applica-tion example of plastic refractory anti-wear technology in Xinzhuangzi Power Plant of Huainan Mining Group, while emphasizes the considerations of the anti-wear technology of corner groove.
