Tracing Detections and Disposition Strategy for the Positive Blood Donors with One-item Test of Blood Screening

目的通过对4项血筛试剂单阳性献血者的跟踪检测,为献血者提供一个准确的结果,探讨单试剂阳性献血者继续献血的可行性,保证无偿献血队伍的稳定。方法对单试剂阳性献血者采取3个月、6个月各跟踪检测1次,对单试剂阳性项目进行重新采样检测。结果单试剂阳性样本中,永久屏蔽占49.2%,不建议献血占35.3%,有15.5%的献血者为假阳性,解除献血屏蔽信息。结论单试剂阳性样本的跟踪检测结果中不适宜献血情况居多。

Objective By tracing detection of positive blood donors defined by one-item Test to give the donors accurate test results ,and to explore the the feasibility of single reagent test in finding the positive blood donors. Methods The positive blood donors screened out by single reagent test were subjected to follow-up detection 3 and 6 months later, and all individuals with positive tests were rechecked. Results In the positive samples found by a single reagent, permament shielding acounted for 49.2% ,and 35.3% of these Subjects were not recommended for continuous blood donation, andl5.5% of them showed false positivity and the personal shielding information was removed. Conclusion The follow-up measurements revealed that most of the positive blood donors screened out by single reagent test were no more suitable for blood donation.
