摘要 观察补充GBE对递增负荷运动大鼠中脑内SOD活力、MDA含量和DA浓度的影响并进行研究分析。将32只雄性SD大鼠随机分为Control组、E组、GBE组、GBE+E组4组,每组8只。GBE和GBE+E组给药2w,而E和GBE+E组运动2w,末次运动24h后断头处死,测试中脑SOD活力、MDA含量和DA浓度。末次运动24h后断头处死,测试中脑SOD活力、MDA含量和DA浓度。结果显示:与Control组相比,GBE组大鼠中脑MDA的含量显著下降、SOD的活力和DA浓度显著上升;E组大鼠中脑MDA的含量显著上升、DA的浓度显著下降。与E组相比,GBE+E组大鼠中脑MDA的含量显著下降、DA浓度上升。结果表明:GBE抑制中脑内运动性氧化应激水平上升可能是GBE延缓运动性疲劳,延长运动时间的机制之一。 Objective: Exogenous administration of GBE on concentration of SOD、MDA and DA in brain of rats that experienced incremental exercises. Methods: 32 male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,Control group,E group,GBE group,GBE + E group,each group of eight. GBE and GBE + E groups would be fed GBE for2 weeks,while E and GBE + E groups would exercise for two weeks,24 hours after the last movement decapitated,testing concentration of SOD,MDA and DA in brain. Results: Compared to Control group,MDA content in brain of GBE group decreased dramatically,while concentration of SOD and DA increased; MDA content of E group increased significantly while concentrations of DA declining. Compared to E group,MDA content in brain of GBE + E group decreased dramatically,while DA increased. Conclusion: GBE can restrain the increasing of exercise-induced oxidative stress in midbrain and that may be one of the mechanisms to delay the sports fatigue.
