福建省教练员对未成年运动员语言暴力研究

Research on the Coach Language Violence to Underage Athletes——Make Fujian as an Example

通过文献法、调查法与扎根理论等研究方法,对福建省内的未成年运动员进行研究,结果表明,教练员的语言暴力主要有贬低压抑、嘲讽挖苦、威胁恐吓、哀求抱怨、粗口谩骂、侮辱尊亲六种表现。福建省未成年运动员的教练员使用语言暴力现象十分普遍,语言暴力发生频度较高,男运动员挨骂较女运动员更为普遍,重竞技项目是教练员语言暴力的"重灾区"。教练员语言暴力对未成年运动员的精神损害隐蔽而深远,主要体现为伤害运动员的自尊自信,导致未成年运动员的性格暴躁。

The underage athletes in Fujian Province are researched on with the methods of documentation,investigation and grounded theory. The results are： depreciating,taunting,menacing,complaining,insulting and rough words are the main six kinds of coaches’ language violence. The language violence is widespread and frequent in the competition training in Fujian Province. The male athletes are more likely to suffer violence language than female peers,and Heavy sports are the worst hit by coaches’ language violence. The harm of language violence to underage athletes is insidious but profound. It not only injures underage athletes’ self-esteem,but also results in their furious temper.
