摘要
发球技术是网球运动员必须掌握的重要技术,高速、精准的发球是许多优秀的网球选手建立得分优势的重要手段。本文在概述速度力量的定义与分类的基础上,结合运动解剖学原理与特征,来研究探讨如何通过网球发球速度力量的有效训练及其训练方式来达到提高发球质量的目的。发球速度力量训练应该根据全面发展的原则,选择各种合理有效的训练手段并使之相互结合,通过训练下肢、躯干、上肢、手臂小肌群等快速力量素质及全身力量传导的协调性,从而提高发球的速度力量。
Serve technique is one of the important technology of the tennis,the excellent tennis players can take advantage of the high speed and accurate service to establish the scoring advantage. In this paper,the definition and classification of speed strength are summarized,combined with the principle and feature of sports anatomy,so as to discuss the effective training method of the tennis serve speed. Serve speed strength training should according to the principle of comprehensive development,choose a variety of reasonable and effective training methods and combined with each other,through the coordination of the training of lower limbs,trunk,upper limbs,arms small muscle group fast strength quality and the body force conduction,so as to improve the serve speed and strength.
