滑动式回转支承滑道压力均衡分布的设计研究

摘要 针对大型全回转浮式起重机新式滑动式回转支承滑道接触面上压力分布不均衡的问题,提出了通过合理布置滑道梁内部隔板以均衡滑道接触面压力分布状况的方法。利用有限元软件,探讨了较有利于压力均衡分布的隔板布置方式,总结出隔板布置规律。设计了验证实验,验证有限元接触计算结果的准确性。分析实验结果,有限元计算的压力分布趋势与实测的压力分布相同,总结出的滑道压力均衡分布的设计方法是有效的。 In view of the problem of unbalanced pressure distribution on the contact surface of new sliding slewing bearing slide of the large-scale slewing floating crane,the paper puts forward a method that reasonably arranges the partition in the slide beam to balance the pressure distribution on the slide contact face.The finite element software is used to analyze the partition arrangement type good for pressure balance distribution and summarize the partition layout rule.The verification test is designed to check correctness of the finite element contact calculation result.The test result indicates that the pressure distribution trend calculated by the finite element analysis is consistent with the measured result,proving that the design method for the pressure balance distribution of the slide is effective.
