摘要
针对起重机多种工况,提出了面向吊装方案规划的仿真系统总体设计方案,满足了3种方式吊装路径规划的需求,实现了仿真过程中碰撞检测和标尺显示等效果。利用OSG实现了包括三维场景建模和起重机运动演示的仿真系统,通过某一吊装场景的演示,验证了系统的可用性。
In view of various working conditions of the crane,the paper puts forward the overall design program of simulation system for hoisting projects,which can meet the demand of three types of planned hoisting routes,provide various effects such as impact detection,scale display during simulation.OSG is used to realize the simulation system including 3D scene modeling and crane movement demonstration.Through demonstration for certain hoisting,the system is proved to be feasible.
