摘要
采用液压传动方式,完成运动的快速传递。建立基于蓄能器的快速运动液压回路模型,同时通过建立数学模型分析得到影响该液压回路运行速度的因素主要有蓄能器的初始状态、系统工作预定压力等。利用AMESim软件仿真分析该液压回路的动态响应,验证了该回路可实现系统的要求。分析了系统各主要影响因素对该快速运动液压回路短行程运动工作的影响,为工程应用提供了理论指导和参考。
The hydraulic drive is adopted for fast transmission.The fast-moving hydraulic circuit model is developed based on the energy accumulator.The mathematical modelling is used to get the factors affecting the moving speed of the hydraulic circuit,including initial state of the energy accumulator,predetermined working pressure,etc.The dynamic response of the hydraulic circuit is analysed in AMESim,proving that the circuit can meet the system requirements.In addition,the paper analyzes the effect of various influencing factors on the short-stroke motion of the fast-moving hydraulic circuit,providing theoretic guidance and reference to engineering application.
