建筑行业是国民经济支柱产业,它与整个国家经济发展,人民生活提高有着密切的关系。面对日益激烈的竞争,我国施工企业能否生存和发展壮大的关键在于能否更有效地进行施工成本控制。针对我国建筑施工企业在施工成本控制中面临的问题,以挣值法原理为基础,寻找一种合理有效的施工成本控制方法,目的在于帮助施工企业有效地降低施工成本,提高经济效益。

The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy. It is closely related to the whole national economic development and people’s living standards improvement. In the face of increasingly fierce competition, the key for the construction enterprises’ survival and development in China lies in construction cost control. In view of the problems in construction cost control of construction enterprises in China, based on the principle of earned value method, this article is aimed to find a reasonable and effective construction cost control method, in order to help the construction enterprises to effectively reduce the construction cost, and improve the economic benefit.
