六西格玛的概念起源于上世纪80年代,至21世纪初期,六西格玛的概念才在全球范围内应用与推广。在我国,六西格玛尚属于企业管理领域中比较新颖的名称。大部分企业尚未将六西格玛的相关工具应用于企业管理中,该概念在我国的普及程度不高。但,随着近年来西方发达国家对六西格玛应用经验的不断发展与成熟,显示其在提高企业竞争实力,优化质量水平方面有非常重要的作用。故而,国内企业也应当积极发展与创新,展开对六西格玛概念的研究与实践工作。文章即从这一角度入手,对六西格玛过程能力与控制技术方面的相关问题进行分析与探讨,望能够引起本行业人员的关注与重视。

The six sigma concept originated in the 1980 s, and was applied and promoted till early 21 st century. In china, six sigma is still a new concept in the field of enterprise management. Most enterprises have not applied six sigma related tools to the management. This concept is not so popular in China. However, with the development of application experience in the developed countries, six sigma has shown great importance in improving the enterprise’s competitiveness and optimizing quality level. Therefore, the enterprises in China should also actively study the six sigma concept for their development. This article analyzes the six sigma process capability and control technology,in order to draw the attention of related personnel.
