摘要
对江苏省独立学院的在编教师进行问卷调查,探讨性别、年龄、入职年限、专业、职称、所在城市、学校等因素以及薪酬维度中福利、制度、公平对高校教师薪酬满意度的影响。结果显示:城市、职称、制度感知、公平感知、福利感知,都显著影响薪酬满意度,其中影响最为显著的是城市差异(t=6.84),第二是福利感知(t=6.19),第三是制度感知(t=4.508)。
Through conducting a questionnaire survey of some in-service teachers in independent college of Jiangsu Province,the paper explores influence factors on college teachers’ compensation satisfaction from the perspective of teachers’ gender, age, lengths of service, professional, titles, cities, schools etc. and the welfare, institutions and fairness in the compensation dimension. The results show that the city, the title, the institutions perception, the fairness perception and the welfare perception, have a significant influence on compensation satisfaction. One of the most significant influence factors is the city difference(t=6.84), the second is the welfare perception(t=6.19), the third is institutions perception(t=4.508).
