摘要
结合内蒙古河套地区落后的农业结构和目前国内温室大棚实时性差、控制效率低和传输距离短的问题,针对温室大棚的环境提出了一种基于以太网及STM32与CAN总线相结合的远程智能控制系统方案。详细介绍了控制思想和控制系统结构硬件及软件设计。实验表明,采用上述控制系统极大地提高了系统的实时性与可靠性,实现了现场设备、现场操作站与远程控制站通讯的无缝连接,完成了各个执行单元的闭环控制,实现温度、湿度和CO2浓度的自动控制,具有一定的经济效益。
Combined with the backward agricultural structure in Hetao area of Inner Mongolia, and the problems of poor instantaneity,low control efficiency, and short transportation distance of domestic greenhouse, aimed at the greenhouse environment, a kind of remote intelligent control system based on Ehternet and integration of STM32 and CAN is proposed. The control thought and control system structure hardware and software design are introduced in detail. According to the experiment, the above control system can improve the instantaneity and reliability of system greatly, realize the seamless connection of communication among the field apparatus, field operation station and remote control station, finish the closed-loop control of each execution unit, and implement the automatic control of temperature,humidity and CO2 concentration. It has certain economic benefit.
