摘要
指针式仪表结构简单,价格便宜,使用方便,在石油生产、转运及提炼等领域得到大面积应用;当前指针仪表读数基本由人工完成,劳动强度大,受个体差异以及疲劳程度等主观因素影响,导致读数会有较大误差。针对以上问题,给出一种基于计算机视觉的仪表自动读数方案,可实现远程、多点自动化读数。
The structure of pointer instrument is simple, the price is low, and it is easy to use. So, it is widely used in oil production,transport and refining. At present, the pointer instrument uses artificial meter reading, the intensity of labor is big. Because of the individual differences, fatigue level and other subjective factors, there are larger errors in reading. Aimed at the above problems, this paper gives a kind of automatic meter reading scheme based on computer vision to realize remote and multipoint automatic reading.
