摘要
制定合理有效的维修方案,是保持航空器安全性和经济性的重要手段。本文通过CFM56-5B发动机在启动过程中点火不成功的案例,对发动机点火系统进行了详细的介绍。结合公司近年来的维修记录和厂家维修手册,提出了对发动机点火系统的排故建议和维护提示。
Formulating the rational and effective maintenance scheme is an important mean to maintain the safety and economy of aircraft. Through the ignition fault in the start process of CFM56-5B engine, this paper introduces ignition system of the engine in detail.Combined with the maintenance records of the company and the factory maintenance manuals in recent years, the troubleshooting suggestions and maintenance tips of engine ignition system is put forward.
