摘要
探索以搭建社团的活动形式、内容、教师指导方案、竞技比赛等为基础的综合素质拓展平台,促使学生充分发挥主体作用,引导其将教育要求变成自我内在追求,以主体姿态经过"自我认识、自我体验、自我控制"三个过程形成积极的进取心,而达到自我教育目的,完善自我管理、调控、完善的能力,并通过学生们自我教育能力的提高,不断拓展社团活动的形式、内容,提高社团建设质量,形成一个有机的、良性循环的自我教育平台体系。
This article explores the comprehensive quality developing platform based on community activity form, content, teacher guiding plan, athletic competition, etc. to encourage students to give full play to their role as the main body, and guide them to transform education requirements to inner pursuit and form positive initiative through "self-awareness, self experience, and self control". So that they can achieve the goal of self education, and improve the ability of self management, self control and self improvement. By improving the self education ability of students, the form and content of community activity can be developed constantly, and community construction quality can be improved, thus an organic and virtuous cycle of self education platform system can be formed.
