摘要
根据镇江市水源地水质监测预警体系改扩建情况,围绕监测因子的增加、监测范围的扩大、预警方式的改进等方面,与原监测预警体系相比较,分析监测预警能力的提升情况。通过水源地监测预警体系运行实例,从监测数据的可靠性、响应时间的延长性、预警方式的及时性、预警结果的参考性等方面,进一步验证监测预警能力提升的实际效果,全过程展现了镇江市水源地水质预警监测的能力和作用。
This paper mainly focused on the improvement of monitoring and warning system for water quality in Zhenjiang. The researchers compared the present improvement with the previous system, according to its modification and expansion, and added more factors and ranges in the system, as well as the progress of the warning model.Additionally, based on the operation of local water resource monitoring and warning system, the actual effects were further validated to improve the capacity in many aspects,such as extension of response time, timeliness on warning model, and indication of the warning result. The whole process showed the power and function of the Zhenjiang water quality monitoring and warning system.
