摘要
本文以我院教职工调查问卷为基础,根据教师的主观感受编制教师的幸福指数。通过数据统计了解教职工的幸福感,提出相应的对策和建议。
Based on some questionnaires,this paper discusses happiness index of the faculty in a certain College according to their subjective feelings. And by the related statistics,the paper offers some corresponding proposals and measures.
