摘要
本文利用财务数据分析了山东企业对外投资的特点及经营绩效,并将其与国内经济发展较快的省份的对外投资情况进行了对比研究。研究发现山东企业的海外投资能够在短期内引起一定的财富效应,然而从长期来看,山东企业的绩效整体上处于震荡下行期。
The topic analyzed the characteristics and the enterprises＇ operating performance of foreign direct investment （OFDI） in Shandong province. It compared the performance of the investment of Shandong enterprises with other enterprises in rapid economic development province. We found the enterprises＇ performance of OFDI in Shandong could bring some benefits for the enterprises in the short term, but the overall performance declined slowly in the long term.
