摘要
在国家"一带一路"战略驱动下,中国铁路"走出去"的步伐不断加快。铁路工程EPC模式,基本涵盖了铁路工程施工建设全过程。本文以中交二公局承建的肯尼亚蒙内标轨铁路第5标段项目为例,探讨影响海外EPC铁路项目施工进度的主要因素和管理对策,为后续类似海外铁路工程的实施、管理提供经验参考。
With the assistance of the China's "One Belt And One Road" strategy, more and more Chinese Standard Railway has exported to other countries. EPC model of railway engineering project, almost includes the whole process of railway engineering construction. This article take the newly built Kenya Mombasa-Nairobi Standard Gauge Railway Section 5, which was constructed by Second Highway and Engineering Corporation of CCCC for example, studying the main factors that affect the construction progress of the railway and the strategies we take to control it for providing experience for the same railway project in the coming future.
