易割冒口在高合金白口铸铁生产上的应用

针对Cr15Mo3、Cr26等高合金白口铸铁件的生产现状,为适应生产要求,研制易割冒口,通过合理设计工艺方案,选择不同的易割片工艺参数进行试验,将易割冒口应用在高合金白口铸铁件生产上,解决了渣浆泵铸件冒口用机械加工方法去除,生产率非常低的问题。生产应用表明,应用易割冒口成本低、工艺稳定,具有推广价值。

In view of the production status of Crl5Mo3, Cr26 and other high alloy white cast iron parts, in order to meet the production requirements, the knock-off head is developed. Through reasonable design process, different breaker cores process parameters are used for the test. The application of knock-off head in the production of high alloy white east iron parts has solved the difficulty of low efficiency of using maehing method to remove the slurry pump castings riser, the productivity is very low. Production application shows that the application of knock-off head has low cost and stable process and has promotion value.
