摘要
我国是一个煤炭资源丰富的国家,在我国煤炭资源储量中,有很大一部分受水害威胁。煤矿水害给国家和人民生命财产造成的损失是巨大的,是煤矿生产的重大灾害之一。依据矿井水害基本概念和基本理论,重点论述矿井防治水系统保障措施和矿井水害防治技术措施。
China is rich in coal resources. In the reserves of coal resources in China, a large part is threatened by flood. Coal mine flood causes huge loss to the life and property of the nation and people, so it is one of the great disasters in coal production. Based on the basic concept and basic theory of mine flood, this paper mainly discusses the safeguard measures of mine water prevention and control system and the prevention and control measures of mine flood.
