现代建筑企业面临着加快转型升级,制定并执行创新战略的问题。针对建筑企业的新的机遇和挑战问题,企业要获得新生,要充分利用企业大数据开展知识管理,应用新型建筑信息技术(BIM)以及互联网提高企业自身的信息化管理水平和环境应变能力,提高企业自身核心竞争力。基于建筑企业与大数据技术之间的关系,构建建筑企业大数据平台,从而制定与企业发展相应的改革创新决策,促进建筑企业的创新和转型升级,促进企业的可持续发展。

Facing the new normal of Chinese economy and the new domestic and international conditions, the modem architecture enterprise is confronted with many problems, like speeding up the transformation and upgrading, developing and implementing innovation strategy. Confronting new opportunities and challenges, the architecture enterprises can renew, only when they carry out KM by making full use of Big Data, improve their information management level and environmental strain capacity with BIM, and create enterprise-serf core competitive ability. To make reform and innovation strategy suit for the enterprises-self-development and promote the architecture enterprise innovation and upgrade, it＇ s necessary to introduce the further link between modem architecture enterprise and Big Data Platform.
