摘要
针对蒸汽动力船舶回汽制动工况下主减速齿轮装置运行可靠性问题,通过回汽制动过程主减速齿轮装置运行状态的分析,建立回汽制动工况下主减速齿轮装置轮齿应力模型,并基于Matlab-Simulink环境,建立主减速齿轮装置的轮齿齿根弯曲应力及齿面挤压应力的仿真模型。仿真结果表明,回汽制动工况下,高压侧齿轮不会出现可靠性问题,而低压齿轮轮齿的弯曲及挤压应力可能超出最大许用值,可能导致齿轮装置的损伤,影响船舶的安全运行,因此需对倒车汽轮机回汽时机进行限制。
For the defect of operational reliability safety in the back-steam braking condition in traditional braking method of steam-powered ships, operating state of the main reduction gear in the back-steam braking condition is analyzed, and tooth stress models of main reduction gears are created. Mathematical models of bending stress and contact stress are created based on the Matlab-Simulink. It is indicated in the simulation results that high pressure gears works normally, while bending stress and contact stress of the low pressure gears may exceed the maximum allowable value. So low pressure gears may damage and affect the operation safety of the ships. Therefore, back-steam opportunity of astern turbines should be restricted.
