摘要
开展某型船用离心通风机节能改进设计,采用数值仿真对改进前后风机内部流场进行了分析,揭示了流动对风机整体性能的影响,样机试验表明风机节能改进效果明显,本文的设计方法对离心风机节能改进具有较高的应用价值。
Computational fluid dynamics NUMECA is applied and the meliorated impeller of one ventilator is numerical simulated and analyzed. The comparison of the calculation results and the experimental results indicates that the calculation can supply a direction for the amelioration. The calculation results can play an important role for the design of the ventilators.
