摘要 根据操舵系统的功能和相互之间的关系,将操舵系统详细拆分为15个部件层级;通过对各个部件功能和输入输出信号的梳理,绘制操舵系统功能框图,采用各种图例标识操舵系统各个部件逻辑关系;在此基础上将故障模式分为输入和输出2大类,完成操舵系统各系统层级的故障模式分析报告;继而按故障影响严重程度提出改进措施,使之降低到较轻等级;由此总结出操舵系统设计的配置要求和设计中需考虑的系统级关键备件。 The steering system is divided into 15 parts according to its function and relationship between each other. After analyzing the function and the input/output signal of each part, the function block diagram is drawn using different signs for describing the interface between the parts. The failure mode of steering system is then divided into input and output types based on above work. According to the degree of the influence caused by the part failure, the corrective action is introduced to reduce the degree of its influence. On basis of the above work, the conclusion of the design requirement of the steering system is drawn and the key spares which need to be considered carefully during the design work are listed.
