摘要
对交错螺旋齿轮的齿面磨损进行原因分析,包括热处理工艺检查和有限元计算,明确磨损是由于螺旋齿轮的强度不足所致。对螺旋齿轮主动轮采取渗碳淬硬,从动轮采取离心浇铸,并通过500小时试验验证,磨损问题获得解决。
The wearing cause of the spiral helical gear is analyzed by checking the heat treatment method and by using finite element calculation. The inadequate strength of spiral helical is the main cause. The problem is solved by carburizing and quenching the driving gear and by centrifugal casting the driven gear. The method is verified by 500-hour test.
