摘要
介绍了整车在标准状态下的低温启动特性,通过在进气系统、燃油供给系统、油底壳机油采取加热措施,减小进、排气系统阻力,分析提升发动机的低温启动特性,同时在试验中,摸索了各种措施对整车(发动机)的低温启动特性的影响,掌握了整车(发动机)的降温特性,为整车(发动机)低温启动性能开发提升提供了技术支撑,同时提出了后续提升低温启动性能的措施和进一步研究方向。
The characteristics of the vehicle in standard condition at low temperature are introduced. By taking heating measures in the intake system, fuel supply system and the sump oil, the intake and exhaust system resistance is reduced and the cold start characteristics are analyzed and improved. Meanwhile, the impact of various measures on the vehicle(engine) cold start characteristics iss explored in the experiment. The cooling characteristics of the vehicle(engine) are got, that provides a technical support for the vehicle(engine) to enhance the development of low-temperature start performance. The follow-up measures to enhance the low-temperature start performance and further research directions are suggested.
