摘要
为获得某轿车主减速齿轮尺寸参数对其啮合性能的影响,利用显式有限元法得到齿轮啮合响应参数,基于Kriging模型构建齿轮啮合响应参数应对齿轮尺寸参数的响应面模型。以齿根弯曲应力、齿面接触应力和齿轮副体积为目标函数,利用NSGA-Ⅱ多目标优化遗传算法实现了主减速齿轮参数优化,得到最优参数解集。优化后的主减速齿轮啮合应力水平明显降低。
In order to obtain the effects of size parameters on meshing performance of the main reduction gear in a car,the response parameters of gear meshing are obtained by using the explicit finite element method.The response surface model of meshing response parameters of thegear size parameters are established based on the Kriging model. The main reducing gear parameter optimization are carried out by using the NSGA- Ⅱ multi- objective optimization genetic algorithm in which the tooth root bending stress,tooth surface contact stress and volume of the gears are defined as objective function,the solution set of the gears parameters are obtained. The meshing stress level of main reduction gears decreased significantly after the optimization.
