摘要
在RV减速器主轴承的研究方面,使用MATLAB对不同曲率半径系数轴承的接触应力与弹性趋近量进行了编程计算。然后,采用ADAMS软件对滚珠与轴承内外圈的接触力进行动力学求解。利用该方法分析比较了不同曲率半径系数的轴承滚珠与内圈启动瞬间接触力、稳态接触力及轴承径向力正方向上相邻滚珠的接触力分布;选出适合该轴承较好的曲率半径系数,以达到提高轴承动力学性能的目的。
The main bearing of RV reducer is studied. Firstly,the contact stress and elastic deformation of bearing with different curvature radius coefficient are calculated by using the MATLAB. Secondly,the dynamics analysis of the contact force of ball and bearing inner and outer ring is carried out by using the impact function in ADAMS software. By using the method of analysis and comparison the ball bearing which has different radius curvature coefficient,among transient impact force,steady contact force and the distribution of contact force of the forward radius force. Through the comparison and analysis,the better radius curvature coefficient is selected for the RV reducer main bearing.
