摘要 嵌地式立体车库提升机构使用链条,链条在提升立体车库过程中承受主要重量,链板是链条的主要零件,车位的重复升降导致链板的疲劳失效,选用20A、28A两种单双排链条的牵引模式,本文通过ANSYS软件对两种型号链板建模,进行受力分析并采用有限元软件Workbench对其进行疲劳分析,通过比较两种链板的受力分布规律,最终选择最优的链条型号,并能够对链条的失效情况及寿命进一步了解,方便及时维修和更换链条。 The chain used in embedded type stereo carport sustain the main weight during the process of lifting stereo carport. The chain plate is the main part of the chain,and lifting the carport repeatedly leads to fatigue failure. The traction mode of 28 A and 20 A,two types of the single and double row of chain are chosen,the chain plate model is established by using the ANSYS software,the force analysis is carried out and the fatigue analysis is carried out through the finite element software Workbench. By comparing the two kinds of force distribution regularity of the chain plate,the optimal chain mode is selected. And the more about life and fatigue failure about the chain can be known,which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of chain in timely.
