摘要
目的研究克雷伯杆菌对人肺癌细胞(A549)β-防御素2表达的影响。方法通过定量PCR和Western blot检测克雷伯杆菌作用不同时间(0.5、1、1.5和2 h)对人肺癌细胞(A549)产生的β-防御素2表达量的变化。结果随着克雷伯杆菌对人肺癌细胞作用时间的增长,β-防御素2的表达量在m RNA水平和蛋白水平上均有显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克雷伯杆菌可以促进β-防御素2的产生。
Objective To study the effects of Klebsiella on beta defensin 2 expression in lung cancer cell. Method The expression of β-defensin 2 induced by Klebsiella(0.5,1,1.5 and 2 h) was detected by q PCR and Western blot. Result The expression of β-defensin 2 was up regulated with the time of treatment in m RNA and protein levels(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Klebsiella can make increased expression of beta defensin-2.
