蒙古族2型糖尿病影响因素的Logistic回归分析

Logistic regression analysis of the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus of Mongolian in China

分析蒙古族2型糖尿病的影响因素,为2型糖尿病的防治提供依据。通过病例-对照、问卷调查和非条件Logistic回归统计分析法进行研究。其中文化程度、吸烟、体质指数和高血压几个因素未进入回归方程,而饮酒(OR=0.61)、口味偏甜(OR=34.64)、腰围(OR=2.45)3个因素病例对照差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示肥胖、口味偏甜为蒙古族2型糖尿病的危险因素,应提倡合理膳食,改变不良生活方式,增加体育锻炼,防治2型糖尿病。

In this paper, we analyzed the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus of Mongolian in China.Through case-control study, questionnaire survey, medical examination and unconditional logistic regression to provide evidences for taking corresponding prevention measures.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that literacy,smoking,BMI and hyperlipidemia were no statistically signifi-cant, but drinking, （OR=0.61）, high intake of sweet（OR=34.64）, WC（OR=2.45） were statistically significant difference.Obe-sity, diet and high intake of sweet were risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus of Mongolian in China.
