摘要
实验选用112对SSR引物对10个甜椒自交系进行扩增,综合考虑扩增带的清晰度、多态性、引物重复性等,筛选出CM2、CM26、CM28、CM46、CM52、CM53、CM62、CM63、CM76、CM77、CM86和CM96这12对引物,构建出10个甜椒自交系的指纹图谱。其中仅用1对引物就能辨别的供试材料有4组,2对引物组合方能辨别的有2组,需3对引物组合才能有效区分的为余下的4组。说明利用SSR分子标记构建甜椒自交系的指纹图谱是行之有效的,可为知识产权保护提供科学依据。
s Amplification was carried out on 10 bell pepper inbred lines used by 112 pairs of SSR primers in this experiment.Consid-ering of the articulation, polymorphism, and repetitiveness of primers, CM2, CM26, CM28, CM46, CM52, CM53, CM62, CM63, CM76, CM77, CM86 and CM96 were selected to construct fingerprints of the bell peppers.Four materials can be determined under its characteristic spectral bands by one pair of primers, and there are two materials need two.Three pairs of primers can effectively distin-guish the rest four groups.Using SSR molecular marker to build fingerprints of sweet pepper inbred lines is efficacious, and it can pro-vide good protection for the intellectual property rights of pepper inbred lines.
