Reform and practice of experimental teaching method in biotechnology

湖南大学生物技术专业实验教学经过10多年改革与实践,在服从实验教学目标的基础上形成了基础性实验、综合性实验和研究创新性实验"一体化、三层次"的实验教学新体系,探索了课内与课外结合、教学与科研结合等"多形式"的开放实验教学模式。从改革实验教学内容、改进实验课教学方法、完善实验成绩考核方法和加强实验室建设等方面进行了论述。通过改革与实践,充分发挥了实验教学在创新型科技人才培养中的重要作用。

According to the educational objectives of biotechnology in our university, the new experimental teaching system of integra-tion and three levels based on basic experiments, comprehensive experiments and innovative experiments were constructed after 10 years of reform and practice.The multi-models of open experimental teaching methods in combination aspects in inside and outside the classroom, teaching and research were explored.In addition, the reform of experiment teaching content, improvement of the experi-mental teaching method and experimental result assessments, and enhancement of laboratory construction were discussed.Through re-form and practice, the important role of the experiment teaching in the cultivation of innovative science and technology talents was fully played.
