湖北省体育用品制造业效率评价研究

Efficiency Evaluation of Sports Goods Manufacturing Industry in Hubei Province

通过收集和整理湖北省制造业下31个行业2012年的统计数据,运用数据包络方法(DEA)对湖北省体育用品制造业投入产出的效率进行了评价。结果表明:2012年湖北省体育用品制造业处于无效状态,从投入产出分析上看,体育用品制造业的投入存在冗余和产出不足问题,主要表现在人员冗余和销售费用超支;纯技术无效和规模无效是造成负增长的主要原因,其中纯技术无效起到了主要作用。据此,提出了湖北省体育用品制造业在保持技术进步的同时,需要充分发挥资源优势,通过精简人员、控制成本,使管理水平与科技进步相一致,实现行业的可持续发展。

The paper evaluates the input and output efficiency of sports goods manufacturing industry in Hubei province with DEA on the basis of statistics of 31 manufacturing industries in Hubei province in 2012.The research findings show that the input of the sports goods manufacturing industry is more than enough and its output is not adequate for redundant staff and sales cost;the main causes of negative growth are invalid pure technology and scale and the invalid pure technology is the main cause.The paper proposes that the sports goods manufacturing industry in Hubei province should renovate technology,exert resources and improve the management level and technology through decreasing staff and controlling cost.
